What should I do if the website is not functioning properly?

That is, of course, not the intention! Our website essentially works in all browsers. Some browser extensions such as ad blockers can affect how our website functions, and we recommend disabling them for an improved experience on our website. If the website still does not work, we suggest trying it again in a different browser 💻.

Shipping, Order & Delivery

What is the delivery time, and what are the shipping costs?

Typically, you should receive your package within 8-14 business days 🚚. At MERHSE shipping is always free. This excludes up to 5 business days preparation time in our depot.
If you have still not received your package, please send us an email at costumers.merhse@gmail.com.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can track the status of your order by clicking on the Track & Trace code provided in the shipping email. This is the second email you receive from us. After a few days, the local tracking number will appear at the bottom of the tracking link page. With this tracking number, you can track the package locally, and the expected arrival date and time will also be displayed.

Where does my package come from, and are there any additional costs?

LOOFY.NL collaborates with external suppliers from abroad to save costs on inventory. This approach incurs NO additional/unforeseen costs for the customer, apart from the purchase costs. If there is any request for an additional payment upon receiving the package, please contact our customer service immediately at costumers.merhse@gmail.com.

In summary: No extra costs, we've already taken care of that for you 😉

How do I know when my package will arrive?

In the shipping email, you will find the tracking number from our international supplier, unfortunately, it won't include an arrival date and time. However, within a week, a local tracking number will appear at the bottom of the tracking page. With this tracking number, you can track the package locally, and the expected arrival date and time will be provided.

What should I do if I have not received my package yet?

our delivery times are currently 7 to 15 business days. We appreciate your understanding. If this period has passed, and you still have not received anything, please send an email to costumers.merhse@gmail.com. We will then investigate the status of your package for you 📦

What should I do if the Track & Trace indicates that the package has been delivered, but I have not received anything?

We recommend checking with your neighbors first to see if the package was delivered there. If it's not there, please contact the nearest post office/DHL pick-up point. If it's not located there either, then get in touch with customer service via costumers.merhse@gmail.com. We will investigate the status of your package and provide further assistance.

Which shipping methods are available?

We offer free worldwide shipping. Your package will be delivered using mostly DHL.

Which payment methods are accepted, and are they secure?

We accept payments via iDeal, Bancontact, Credit Card, and Amex. If you're unsure whether your payment method is accepted, follow the steps on the payment page to view all possible options.

All transactions are processed through secure and reliable payment systems, so rest assured, your payments are in good hands! 😃

What kind of emails will I receive regarding my order?

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us containing your order confirmation and the details of your purchase. Once the order is shipped, you will also receive a shipping email with the Track & Trace code to track your package. 🚚

What should I do if I haven't received a confirmation email?

Oh no, that's not the intention! Please send an email to costumers.merhse@gmail.com, and we will take care of it for you!

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

No, we do send an order confirmation. If you're making a business purchase, you can always request the invoice through costumers.merhse@gmail.com.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number is a 4-digit number with a #MRS in front of it. You will receive this in your confirmation email. If you haven't received it, please send an email to costumers.merhse@gmail.com 📥.

How can I cancel my order?

Do you want to cancel your order for any reason? Please send an email to costumers.merhse@gmail.com as soon as possible (preferably within 24 hours). Include your name, order number (e.g., #0000) from the confirmation email, and kindly provide the reason for canceling the order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don't need an account at MERHSE to place an order! 😁

What should I do if I have received the wrong item?

If you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at costumers.merhse@gmail.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

What should I do if I have received a defective item?

Please send an email to costumers.merhse@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your name, order number (e.g., #0000) from the confirmation email, details about the defect, and attach a clear video demonstrating the issue. Additionally, specify whether you would like a replacement product or a refund.
