On the "Shipping" page, double-check the entered address details. Additionally, note that each shipment is delivered free of charge. You can proceed by clicking the "Proceed to Payment" button.
In the payment options, you can choose from various payment methods. All payment options on MERHSE are SSL encrypted, ensuring a secure payment environment.

Shipping Costs
We cover the shipping costs for every order! All our products are delivered to your home without additional charges. There is no minimum order quantity required.
2. Shipping Your Order

Below is the average delivery time for all our packages:

3. Delivery of Your Order

Defective Product
Unfortunate! Unfortunately, your product may get damaged during transport. For this, we always deliver a new package for free the first time, and unfortunately, we cannot refund. If it arrives defective the second time, we will refund your total purchase amount.
Lost Package?
If a package is lost or not delivered for logistical reasons, we always send a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy.
Customs Duties
In some cases, customs may inspect the package delivered to you. Unfortunately, this legislation changed on July 1, 2021, and we have no control over it. In a few cases, customs may charge a small import duty. However, no worries! We see that this will not happen in 99% of cases. If customs charges are incurred, please contact us.
Delivery when not at home or at the post office
If a package is delivered to the door or left at a post office, the costs are covered by MERHSE. If the package is not accepted or not picked up at the post office, it automatically returns to the supplier, and we have the right to deduct 100% of the order value from the amount you will be refunded.
